The number of franchises in the service sector is growing and Charter is at the crest of the wave, building our portfolio of service sector franchises. Here are two of our most successful:

Owner/Builder Network (OBN)

Our company was asked to launch OBN into the franchise business in 2004. They came to us through a major Houston law firm. Charter developed the UFOC, franchise agreements, fee and royalty structure, as well as the employee handbook and manual.

Ready Decks Franchise Systems, Inc.

In 2005, Charter launched this home service sector franchise. We were responsible for developing the UFOC, franchise agreement and area development agreement. Additionally, Charter designed and created all of the marketing materials for franchise recruitment.
