Luciano’s Express delivers an authentic Italian food experience quickly without sacrificing high quality or good taste. Luciano’s Express calls to mind a quaint rustic charm found in Italian markets from the hand-painted tiles and open brick oven. Possible locations for Luciano’s Express are mall food courts, non-traditional venues, shopping center locations where pizza delivery is also an option. Estimated size is approximately 1,200 to 1,700 square feet. 

Luciano’s Neighborhood Pizzeria concept offers the highest quality, convenience and a family atmosphere where people need it the most, in their own neighborhood. Entering one of our fine eateries is like stepping into a home kitchen overflowing with the aroma of fresh bread baking, sauces simmering on the stove. Luciano’s serves good old-fashioned food. We have achieved widespread popularity with a broad market of consumers. What began as a simple neighborhood pizzeria has grown into a phenomenon. Estimated size is approximately 2,800 to 3,500 square feet.

Should you qualify for a franchise, Luciano’s will commit the following resources to your new business:

• Use of the trademarked name and logo of Luciano’s
• Use of the Luciano developed trade dress
• Assistance with restaurant and kitchen design
• Full restaurant equipment and fixtures package
• Assistance with site location using our site selection criteria and our company experience
• Up to fifteen days of training (as required) which will cover every aspect of store management
• Opening representative to assist with the Grand Opening of your store for up to 8 days
• Complete Operations and Employee Manuals
• Luciano’s preparation recipes and Recipe Manual
• Vendors of all other food products with preparation recipes
• Access to purchase Uniforms from the Company store
• Luciano’s customized packaging materials such as napkins, cups and bags
• Luciano’s Commissary provided products
