Leadership

The founders of Health Care Practice Partners (HCPP National, LLC. or HCPPN) are Martha Sutton and Barbara Hendon. These dynamic leaders bring over 50 years of combined health care management experience to the franchise. Prior to creating HCPPN, they were co-founders, directors and executive vice presidents of a privately held health care disease management (DM) company, AirLogix, Inc., which provided DM services to over 10 million covered health care lives. AirLogix, Inc. was acquired in 2005 by a public company, Centene Corporation.

Martha A. Sutton

Ms. Sutton purchased the prototype company, Health Care Practice Partners LLC., and brings over 25 years of experience in health care reimbursement, practice management and revenue analysis. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, holds an Allied Health professional license, and is certified by the American Academy of Professional Coders. Her role at HCPPN is in business operations and oversight of billing, coding, contracting, credentialing, reimbursement and profit recovery.

Barbara L. Hendon

Ms. Hendon purchased a financial services franchise in 2005. She brings well over 25 years of experience in health care delivery, business and financial management. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration and holds an Allied Health professional license. Her role at HCPPN is in business development, sales/marketing, benchmarking, oversight of health care practice standards, and data forensics.
