• Use of the trademarked name and logo of Digg’s Taco Shop
• Use of the Digg’s Taco Shop developed trade dress
• Assistance with restaurant and kitchen design
• Full restaurant equipment and fixtures package
• Assistance with site location using our site selection criteria and our company experience
• Up to 21 days of training (as required) covering every aspect of store management
• Opening representatives to assist with the Grand Opening of your store for up to seven days
• Complete Operations and Employee Manuals
• Digg’s Taco Shop preparation recipes and Recipe Manual
• Vendors of all other food products with preparation recipes
• Access to purchase Uniforms from Company store
• Digg’s Taco Shop customized packaging materials such as napkins, cups and bags
• Digg’s Taco Shop Commissary-provided products
